Charles (Chuck) T. Clark, CPA is a shareholder and has been with CB&C CPA, P.C. since 1995. Chuck was born in Amarillo, Texas and moved to San Antonio when he was 6 years old. He has remained in San Antonio ever since. He attended UTSA (Go 'Runners) and received a BBA in Accounting. Chuck is a member of the TSCPA and AICPA. He serves as a state Board of Director member for the TSCPA. He is a past President of the San Antonio Chapter of TSCPA and is currently a Board of Directors member of the UTSA Alumni Association. Chuck works with clients across many industries including professional services, retail, construction and real estate leasing companies offering compilation services as well as tax preparation and business planning for closely held businesses and their owners. Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife Joyce and kids. He also enjoys attending UTSA football games and cheering the Roadrunners on -- hopefully to victory...but still cheers in defeat.

Don Blumhorst, CPA is a shareholder in the firm. Don has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to coming to CB&C CPA, P.C., Don had been a controller for a company in industry. He also previously worked as an auditor for a CPA firm in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Don was born and raised in southern Illinois. He lived in the St. Louis area for much of his life through early adulthood. He attended Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and received a BS in Accountancy. Don assists clients in many industries including manufacturing, real estate development, real estate leasing, and retail clients offering compilation services as well as tax preparation and business planning to these closely held businesses and their owners. Don is a member of the TSCPA, MSCPA and AICPA. Don is married to Susan. They have two children, Brian and Nicole. They are proud grandparents to 1 granddaughter -- that takes up much of their free time. Don is a huge sports fan. Growing up in the St. Louis area -- he is a huge St. Louis Cardinals (baseball) fan. Since moving to San Antonio 25 years ago -- Don has become a huge San Antonio Spurs fan.

Leonard Retzloff, CPA is a shareholder in the firm. Leonard has been with the firm since 1983. Leonard was born and raised in San Antonio and has lived in San Antonio his entire life. He attended St. Mary's University and received a BBA in Accounting. Leonard assists clients in various industries such as oil/gas consulting, construction, service and delivery/transportation clients with compilation services as well as tax preparation and business planning for closely held businesses and their owners. He is a member of the TSCPA and AICPA. In his spare time, Leonard enjoys fishing or being outdoors.

Harold M. Berg is a Consultant with the firm. Harold was one of the founding shareholders of CB&C CPA, P.C. in 1975. With Harold's guidance and leadership, the firm has grown to it's present state. Harold was born in San Antonio but moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin at a young age. His family moved to St. Louis, Missouri for a period of time. Harold served in the U.S. Army for a period of time. He ultimately returned to San Antonio and attended St. Mary's University where he received a BBA in Accounting. Harold is married to Gail. Harold and Gail have two children, Sara and Rose. They are also the proud grandparents of two grandchildren.

Michael (Mike) R. Pircher is a Senior Manager and has been with the firm since 1971. Mike was born and raised in San Antonio and has lived here most of his life. Mike attended St. Mary's University and received a BBA in Accounting. Mike has 3 adult sons, Mark, Cody and Chris. Mike is also a proud grandparent to 5 grandchildren. Mike is a huge sports fan. He enjoys attending his grandchildren's various sports games. He was a coach to a men's league baseball team for many years.
